Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Shipping Rates

Free standard delivery is applied automatically at checkout when your order total reaches £20.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. We dispatch via Royal Mail using Click & Drop, so you'll receive a tracking reference by email once your order is on its way.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Made-to-Order Items

Our tall pillar candle variants are handmade to order. These items require additional time to prepare and will be dispatched within 1–3 working days. If your order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be held until all items are ready.

If you need a tall pillar candle urgently — for example, as a gift — please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. While we work hard to meet these windows, delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to Royal Mail service disruptions, which are outside our control.
